End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the website, mobile applications, and digital services provided by Anoka Cannabis Company.

By accessing or using these services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Anoka Cannabis Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website or applications for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant ownership of the software or services.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the software or website

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the services for unlawful purposes

  • Circumvent security measures or access controls

  • Use automated tools to collect data from the platform

User Accounts

Certain features of our services may require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Third-Party Services

Our digital services may integrate with third-party platforms or retail technology providers. Use of these services may be subject to additional third-party terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the website, applications, and related content remain the property of Anoka Cannabis Company or its licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of intellectual property to the user.

Updates and Modifications

We may periodically release updates or improvements to our services. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised software or features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anoka Cannabis Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if users violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
